Job Description

Job Description:

  • Conduct routine visits to existing customer stores.
  • Encourage customer stores to purchase the company's products.
  • Monitor market conditions, customer demand, and competitor performance within assigned areas.
  • Map stores in the assigned area and identify potential stores for further engagement.
  • Identify and report opportunities for opening new areas/regions.
  • Visit and inspect new customer stores to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Execute marketing and tinting programs developed by head office.
  • Receive complaints and feedback from customer stores and forward them to the relevant departments.
  • Track complaint resolution progress within the company and update customer stores accordingly.
  • Supervise the performance of RSA in customer stores, where applicable.
  • Input customer transactions (PO, discounts, payment terms, etc.) into the Epicor system.
  • Ensure smooth and compliant invoice exchange processes (including tax invoices), when required.
  • Ensure client billing and payments are completed on time and in accordance with established policies.
  • Ensure customer product deliveries are carried out properly and according to agreed terms.
  • Drive and implement improvement projects.
  • Manage all customer interactions through CRM/Bitrix.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Diploma degree (all majors)
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the building materials industry
  • Strong persuasive communication skills
  • Possess a valid SIM C and willing to be mobile within the Flores area (based in Flores or surrounding areas)
