Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative at our office in Bali, Indonesia. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our diverse range of wines, building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing wine recommendations, conducting wine tastings, managing sales transactions, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of our wine offerings.

Qualifications

• Customer engagement, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to meet sales targets
• Product knowledge, specifically in wines, and the ability to make recommendations
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in the retail or beverage industry is a plus
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Bali, Indonesia
