Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Promoter based in Banjarmasin. The Sales Promoter will be responsible for promoting Kredivo Group's products and services to potential customers through various channels. Main tasks include engaging with customers, explaining product features, addressing inquiries, and assisting with the purchasing process. The individual will also contribute to meeting sales targets and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Sales and Sales Promotion experience, with a track record of achieving targets
- Familiarity with Operating Systems and basic technical proficiency
- Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site, customer-facing role
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to engage with diverse customers
- Enthusiasm for the financial services industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing are an advantage
