Sales Project Specifier Supervisor

Qualifications

• Minimum education Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably from a relevant major (Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field, especially in handling private and government projects.
• Possesses strong market analysis skills and experience in negotiating large-scale projects.
• Understands the project workflow, including the tender process, procurement, and implementation.
• Able to work effectively in a team or individually with a target-oriented approach.
• Possesses good communication and presentation skills.
• Must hold a SIM A (equivalent to a Class A driving license) and be willing to maintain high mobility.
• Experience in managing project documents and resolving complaints will be a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Batam/Bali/Balikpapan/Banten.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the achievement of targets, including winning projects, product range, project leads portfolio, and product specification.
• Performing market penetration for private and government projects, as well as building a strong network.
• Establishing good relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, and developers.
• Monitoring the execution of ongoing projects and collaborating to realize project procurement.
• Conducting supervision on projects or workshops, as well as controlling dispatch documents and complaint resolution.
