Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional located in East Java, Indonesia. The Sales Professional will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, presenting products and services, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies. The role also involves staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to offer relevant solutions to clients.

  • Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Knowledge of Marketing and Business Development
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities to assess client needs and provide solutions
  • Time Management and Organizational skills to handle multiple clients and responsibilities
  • Experience in the energy sector or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
