About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Partner & Business Development Lead to drive revenue growth by connecting our AI solutions with corporate and SME clients across Jakarta. This role will focus on identifying businesses that can benefit from AI-powered performance enhancement. You&aposll be targeting industries with inbound or outbound call operations including banks, insurance companies, telecom providers, healthcare facilities, real estate agencies, e-commerce companies, financial services, debt collection agencies, educational institutions, travel agencies, government services, and call center outsourcing companies.
You&aposll be at the forefront of bringing transformative AI technology to Indonesian businesses while building long-term strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage corporate and SME clients that can benefit from AI-powered performance enhancement.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to business owners and operations managers.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline across multiple industry verticals.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and service contracts with measurable ROI commitments.
- Build strategic relationships with system integrators, consultants, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with founding team to refine go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Provide market intelligence and client feedback to drive product development.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with corporate or SME clients in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of selling technology solutions or business services.
- Strong network and relationships across Jakarta business community.
- Experience selling to decision-makers (business owners, operations managers, department heads).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Hunter mentality with ability to generate leads through cold outreach and networking.
- Understanding of business operations and common pain points across different industries.
- Ability to articulate complex technology benefits in simple business terms.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in multiple target industries (healthcare, insurance, retail, property, automotive).
- Previous experience selling SaaS, AI/ML, or digital transformation solutions.
- Existing relationships with SME business owners and enterprise decision-makers.
- Understanding of call center operations, sales processes, or customer service workflows.
- Experience with partnership development and channel sales strategies.
