Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Operations Manager. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive revenue outcomes, improve deal conversions, and ensure a smooth customer journey from acquisition to retention.
This role requires someone comfortable working across both execution and process-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the sales team in driving new business opportunities and improving deal conversions
• Work alongside sales representatives on pipeline movement, follow-ups, and deal progression
• Own and manage CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and revenue
• Identify gaps in the sales funnel and implement improvements to increase efficiency
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to improve lead quality and customer journey to ensure smooth onboarding, handover, and ongoing client engagement
• Monitor and improve the end-to-end customer lifecycle—from lead generation to retention
Ensure alignment between sales execution and backend processes
What we're looking for:
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS across sales, operations, or related roles
• Hands-on experience supporting sales cycles, client interactions, or deal execution
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Ability to work closely with sales teams and drive execution
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• High ownership mindset and attention to detail
