We are looking for a Head of Middle Office (Indonesia) to join our growing Jakarta team and play a key role in building and scaling our operational foundation.

What You'll Do

Middle Office Operations & Execution

  • Own and drive day-to-day Middle Office operations, ensuring smooth execution across sales support, onboarding, and post-sales processes
  • Act as the key coordination point between Sales, Finance, Risk, and Operations teams
  • Ensure operational processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs

Sales Operations & Process Optimization

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end sales processes and workflows
  • Standardize documentation, approval flows, and controls across commercial activities
  • Support sales teams with deal structuring, onboarding processes, and operational guidance

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track business and operational performance
  • Provide actionable insights to improve pipeline visibility, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements

Governance & Risk Support

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, controls, and compliance requirements
  • Support implementation of approval matrices and basic risk controls across commercial processes
  • Work closely with regional and local stakeholders to maintain governance standards

Systems & Tools

  • Support the implementation and day-to-day management of CRM and operational tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve system usage and efficiency

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with local and regional teams to align on processes and best practices
  • Support new initiatives such as product launches, partnerships, and market expansion
  • Act as a reliable operational partner to the commercial team

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a lean Middle Office team in Jakarta
  • Foster a hands-on, execution-focused, and solutions-oriented team culture
  • Provide coaching and support to team members while remaining actively involved in execution

Requirements

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in Middle Office, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations, preferably in fintech, payments, SaaS, or B2B environments
  • Proven experience in building or improving operational processes in a growing organization
  • Comfortable being hands-on while managing a small team (player-coach mindset)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in reporting and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Good understanding of sales processes and commercial operations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience in Indonesia or Southeast Asia markets is a plus
  • Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is preferred
