Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into BRD and FSD.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support system integration and architecture design.
- Utilize JIRA and Confluence for documentation and workflow management.
- Perform data queries and analysis using SQL (Intermediate to Advanced level).
- Support projects involving backend systems and/or frontend applications.
Job Requirements:
- Senior-level Business Analyst with a minimum of 7 years of experience, capable of independently managing projects and providing direct updates to their manager.
- Proven experience in digital applications, particularly those related to lead management.
- Proficient in SQL queries at an intermediate level.
- Strong ability to bridge communication between business users and IT teams effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams, including Quality Assurance, with the ability to provide clear guidance and direction.
- Committed to delivering results with a high degree of ownership.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is considered a plus.
