Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales department by analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments to complete sales tools
  • Understand business strategies and assist in creating and optimizing business processes and rules to improve work efficiency.
  • Analyze data of risk rate, manage and align with sales team for the risks.
  • Work with the sales team to organize workflows, manage daily meetings, and follow up on action items.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
  • Experience in financial services around 1-3 years
  • Experience in administration is a plus.
  • Strong data management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
