Monitor the performance of offline sales channels and provide timely updates, reports, and insights to internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with sales teams, dealer partners, and cross-functional departments to resolve operational issues and improve business efficiency.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools to support business decision-making.
Optimize sales processes, workflows, and standards operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational effectiveness and service quality.
Collect and analyze feedback from frontline sales teams and channel partners to identify business improvement opportunities.
Support the implementation of sales initiatives and operational projects to drive channel growth and performance.
Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and compliance with internal operational requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Channel Management, or related functions (Experience in auto-finance, leasing, banking, or fintech industries is preferred).
Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools, with strong analytical and data management capabilities.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
