- Own sales target setting, KPI, and territory/quota allocation, cascading business targets to regional, team, and individual levels with clear and defensible logic.
- Design and administer sales incentive and commission schemes, including monthly calculation, validation, and payout coordination with Finance and HR.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reporting, covering pipeline, funnel conversion, productivity, coverage, visit compliance, activation quality, and other key business metrics as a single source of truth.
- Conduct sales and business performance analysis by processing and modeling data, identifying root causes, trends, key issues, and opportunities across segments, geographies, channels, and sales behaviors.
- Translate data and business analysis into actionable insights to support management and cross-functional teams in making better decisions and improving sales performance.
- Own sales tools, processes, and SOPs, including CRM data hygiene, field sales/mobile app workflows, lead assignment, merchant onboarding, KPI definitions, escalation paths, and sales playbooks.
- Drive sales enablement and governance, including onboarding and training materials, rollout of new products/tools/processes, weekly business reviews, monthly/quarterly performance reviews, and leadership reporting.
- Partner with Finance, HR, Product, and Tech on headcount planning, sales budget and cost-per-acquisition tracking, tooling improvements, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sales operations, revenue/business operations, commercial analytics, FP&A, consulting, or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical and data modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and experience using SQL or other data querying languages.
- Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Tableau Prep, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase, is strongly preferred.
- Experience in sales target-setting, KPI management, quota allocation, and/or incentive or commission schemes, with strong attention to data accuracy and detail.
- Strong execution and process management skills, with the ability to structure workflows, develop SOPs, manage details meticulously, and drive consistent implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Finance, HR, Product, and Tech teams and challenge assumptions with data.
- Performance-driven team player with high integrity, strong work ethics, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
