Sales Operations Manager Data Center Department
We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Data Center Department (newly established team). This role will be responsible for building sales data infrastructure, supporting management reporting, and providing data-driven insights to optimize sales performance across Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain management dashboards to consolidate and visualize sales data from MT and GT channels
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for the Sales Director and management team
- Develop and maintain API connections across different internal systems to ensure data integration and accuracy
- Support business decision-making by providing data analysis, insights, and performance tracking
- Build and manage Power BI dashboards and automated reporting systems
- Ensure data consistency and improve the sales reporting infrastructure across departments
- Work closely with the sales, commercial, and data teams to improve sales data visibility and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics roles
- Strong experience in Power BI or other BI tools for dashboard development
- Proficient in SQL and data management, with experience consolidating multiple data sources
- Experience with API integration and system connectivity
- Good understanding of Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) sales operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
