Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located in West Java, Indonesia. The Sales Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive revenue growth and strengthen the hotel's market presence. Responsibilities include managing sales and promotional activities, building strong client relationships, leading a results-driven sales team, and crafting marketing campaigns to elevate the hotel's reputation. The role also involves market analysis and collaboration with other departments to identify opportunities and enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, and creating strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Skills in Market Analysis, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Event Promotion
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and local market trends is preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
