Job Description

What You Will Experience:

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Establish measurable goals and performance indicators for sales and marketing activities.

Sales Management

  • Supervise and direct the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and conversion rates.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, discount, and credit policies.

Marketing Management

  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels.
  • Manage brand identity, corporate communications, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies with relevant departments.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness using defined KPIs.

Team Leadership

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management to sales and marketing staff.
  • Conduct regular training and development programs.
  • Ensure departmental compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on sales and marketing performance.
  • Analyze data to evaluate ROI and recommend corrective actions.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from reputable university.
  • Minimum of 57 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing management. Strong in B2B sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of market research, digital marketing, and sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Placement in Tjiwi Kimia Mills, Mojokerto
