Sales Marketing Executive

Company Description Jakarta Cosmopolite Islamic School (JACOS) is an integrated Islamic kindergarten that blends strong Islamic values with holistic child development and a global learning perspective.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role based in East Jakarta. The Sales Marketing Executive will promote JACOS programs, manage student enrollment campaigns, and build relationships with prospective families and community partners. Daily tasks include planning and executing marketing activities, conducting outreach through school events, social media, and local networks, and following up with inquiries to convert leads into enrollments. The role involves performing market research, preparing reports on campaign performance, and collaborating with school leadership to align messaging with the school's Islamic and holistic education values. The Sales Marketing Executive will also support branding initiatives, develop promotional materials, and ensure a consistent, professional representation of the school.

Qualifications

• Market Planning and Marketing skills to design, implement, and evaluate effective promotional strategies.
• Sales and Communication skills to engage prospective families, present school programs clearly, and convert leads into enrollments.
• Digital Marketing skills (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)
• Market Research skills to analyze trends, competitor activities, and local community needs.
• Prior experience in education, early childhood, or services marketing is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a school environment rooted in Islamic values.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Marketing Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
