Job Description:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and execute digital campaigns (Instagram, Pinterest, Meta ads) to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Event Partnerships: Source and manage collaborations with luxury brands for events like The Floral Edit.
- Client Outreach: Engage A+ clients through personalized campaigns and follow-ups.
- Content Support: Assist with social media content creation and analytics to drive conversions.
- Work Schedule: Part-time, 2 days/week (flexible, in-office or remote, to be agreed upon).
Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury fashion or retail.
- Strong skills in social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights).
- Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented with an understanding of luxury aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills for client and partner interactions.
- Based in Jakarta or surrounding areas; open to students or recent graduates.
