This is a full-time Sales Mandarin role with PT. Shaka Karya Solusi, located on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. The chosen candidate will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and managing customer accounts. Responsibilities include communicating effectively with clients in Mandarin, providing excellent customer service, reaching sales targets, and participating in sales training and team development initiatives.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including proficiency in Mandarin and English, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Sales and Sales Management expertise, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and understanding sales strategies.
• Experience in conducting Training and supporting team development to drive business growth.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with the local market and prior experience in the HR or recruitment industry is advantageous.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
