Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Area Sales West Indonesia Retail to develop and manage our retail channel partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing product visibility, managing distributors and retailers, and driving sales growth across the assigned region.

Requirements:

  • 5 years+ of experience in channel sales,
  • Strong understanding of retail distribution networks and channel partner management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);

Preferred Qualities:

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Local market knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Channel Management

  • Manage and develop Indonesia distributors, resellers, and SI partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and ensure healthy inventory levels.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Deliver annual and quarterly sales targets for LCD monitors and projectors.
  • Drive sell-in and sell-through across all major regions (Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, East Indonesia).

Channel Expansion

  • Recruit new partners in education, enterprise, Pro-AV, and retail/e-commerce.
  • Provide product training and support to strengthen partner capability.

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Implement local promotions, pricing, and channel programs.
  • Work with marketing to run campaigns, events, and MDF activities.

Market & Competitor Tracking

  • Monitor competitor pricing, programs, and tenders.
  • Collect market feedback and propose tactical actions.

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Work with line manager to provide accurate forecast, pipeline, and sales reports.
