Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve sales targets and overall business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for radio advertising, digital products, and media partnerships.
  • Be fully responsible for achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Conduct active sales activities including daily calls, client visits, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients (agencies, corporate clients, hospitality, and brands).
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates to management.
  • Manage sales reporting systems and administrative processes using SAP or internal systems.
  • Prepare and monitor sales-related documents such as quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and contracts.
  • Take ownership of client inquiries and ensure smooth sales processes until completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (programming, marketing, production, and events) to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Participate in internal and external activities such as events, activations, and networking related to the Sales Department.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (preferably Marketing, Communication, Management, or related fields).
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Sales, preferably in media, advertising, radio, digital media, corporate, or hospitality industries.
  • Experience as a Sales Manager or Sales & Marketing Manager is a strong advantage.
  • Honest, disciplined, responsible, and highly initiative-driven.
  • Strong target-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills in sales performance and market analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written, is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Capable of managing sales data, reporting, and documentation accurately.
  • Willing to learn and understand Bali Radio's products, programs, and business lines.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Professional and presentable appearance.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to drive a car (manual/automatic) is a plus.
