Assistant Sales Manager — K Club Ubud

K-Club Ubud is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing commercial team. This senior commercial role is instrumental in driving market expansion, cultivating high-value partnerships, and delivering exceptional sales performance for our luxury portfolio of 30 serviced villas. The ideal candidate will blend a strong background in luxury hospitality with a proven ability to drive revenue across global markets, while working closely with operations to ensure refined guest experiences and sustainable financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across global and domestic luxury travel markets to maximize villa occupancy and Average Daily Rate (ADR), specifically targeting the 2 to 5-bedroom luxury villa segment.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, high-value partnerships with Luxury Travel Agencies, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), Wholesalers, and Corporate clients.
- Represent K-Club Ubud at travel trade shows, roadshows, networking events, and lead site inspections to build brand awareness.
- Negotiate contracts, wholesale rates, and allotment agreements in alignment with the resort's pricing strategy.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to maintain K-Club's competitive edge in Ubud's luxury hospitality sector.
- Work closely with the Front Office, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of high-end VIP guest arrivals and personalized experiences.
- Assist in preparing monthly sales reports, revenue forecasts, and budget presentations for the management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar sales role (Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive) within the luxury hospitality industry, preferably in Bali.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record and established network with international and domestic luxury B2B travel partners.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with a solid understanding of revenue management principles.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Managers, and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Fluency in other foreign languages is a strong advantage.
- Passionate, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be based in Ubud, Bali, and possesses deep familiarity with the Bali luxury villa market.
