Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for the role of Sales Manager, based in Bali, Indonesia. The Sales Manager will oversee the hotel's sales strategy to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, analyzing market trends, creating sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. The role requires managing the sales team, setting targets, and ensuring their achievement while promoting The Legian Seminyak's services and offerings.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in sales strategy, business development, and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in market analysis and reporting, as well as performance tracking
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with proven leadership and organizational skills
  • Background in luxury hospitality, hotel management, or a related field is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with the Bali tourism market and international travel trends is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or similar discipline
  • Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus
