Role Overview
The Events & Partnerships Manager is responsible for planning and executing events while driving revenue through sponsorships and strategic brand partnerships. This role requires a strong balance ofevent management skills and proven sales ability, with a focus on growing event profitability and expanding Bali Social Club's network of collaborators.
Key Responsibilities Event Management
- Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to post-event evaluation
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, venues, and suppliers
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and operational execution
- Ensure all events align with the Bali Social Club brand and audience
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to increase event revenue (ticket sales, packages, upselling, etc.)
- Actively sell sponsorships and event collaboration opportunities
- Create tailored proposals for brands, partners, and sponsors
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify and approach potential brand partners, sponsors, and collaborators
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships that bring value to both parties
- Collaborate with partners on co-branded events and marketing initiatives
- Represent Bali Social Club in meetings, presentations, and networking opportunities
Performance & Reporting
- Track event revenue, partnerships, and sales performance
- Provide post-event reports and insights to improve future events
- Continuously look for opportunities to scale and improve event profitability
Requirements
- Proven experience inevent management AND sales / business development
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on revenue and results
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable networking and building relationships with brands and partners
- Experience in lifestyle, sports, hospitality, or community-based events is a plus
