Position: Sales Manager Leisure

Location: On-site, Soori Bali Desa Kelating, Kerambitan, Tabanan, Bali, Indonesia

Job Summary

The Sales Manager Leisure is responsible for maximising room revenue from the leisure segment through strategic sales planning, international account management, and consistent execution aligned with Soori's brand standards and target markets. The role requires established relationships with international travel agents, tour operators, and global leisure partners, with a strong understanding of long-haul and luxury travel markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies focused on the international leisure market
  • Drive room yield through effective international account management and targeted promotions
  • Maintain and grow key partnerships with international travel agents, tour operators, and selected OTAs
  • Represent Soori Bali at international travel trade events, roadshows, and sales missions
  • Provide market intelligence and trend insights across key source markets to optimise revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure guest satisfaction and brand-aligned execution
  • Support yield and inventory management in coordination with Reservations and Front Office
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales databases, reports, and forecasts

Requirements

  • Proven track record in hospitality sales, with direct experience managing international leisure accounts
  • Prior experience in the luxury hospitality sector is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of international leisure travel dynamics, including long-haul markets
  • Established network of international travel agents and tour operators
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team
  • Willingness to travel internationally for trade events and client meetings
  • Professional presentation aligned with luxury hospitality standards
