We are Seven Sky Bali, a development company creating high-yield premium villas. Our projects combine modern architecture, Balinese style, and exclusive locations, making them ideal both for living and for investment. We specialize in building turnkey premium villas in the most profitable area of the island.

We are currently looking for an ambitious Sales Manager who wants to grow with us, achieve new heights, and develop both professionally and financially we have no cap on earnings.

Working with a unique product - exclusive villas in one of the world's most sought-after resort destinations.

On-site property presentations.

High income: fixed salary + sales commission.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively attract new clients;
  • Qualify potential leads;
  • Guide clients through all stages of the sales funnel;
  • Conduct negotiations, provide consultations, and maintain long-term client relationships;
  • Analyze the market, competitors, and trends to improve sales efficiency;
  • Hold on-site meetings with clients;
  • Maintain CRM and sales reporting.

What we are looking for:

  • You have experience in real estate sales;
  • You have previously sold real estate and are familiar with the Bali market;
  • You are familiar with sales techniques;
  • You are goal-oriented, confident, and have a high level of empathy;
  • You are open to learning and development;
  • You speak Russian at B2+ and English at C1 level; knowledge of additional languages is a plus!
