We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales growth of our heavy equipment product line. This role is responsible for driving revenue, managing key accounts, developing market strategies, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team
Identify new business opportunities across construction, mining, plantation, and industrial sectors
Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic partners
Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis, and performance reports
Collaborate with marketing, service, and operations teams to support customer satisfaction
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage
Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closure
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of construction and heavy machinery market dynamics
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
Willingness to travel for business development and customer visits
Proficient in English communication (written and spoken)
