Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pulogadung. The Sales Manager will focus on developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Core responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, leading a sales team to meet objectives, and analyzing sales data to improve performance. The role also involves collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
• Team leadership and management abilities, including coaching and mentoring a sales team
• Proficient in data analysis, performance reporting, and strategic planning
• Excellent communication, customer relationship, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pulogadung with a proactive and results-driven mindset
• A diploma degree in any major
• Prior experience in the logistics, express courier, or freight industry is preferred
• Familiarity with market trends and experience implementing industry best practices
