Job Description

We are a growing bakery brand with multiple offline stores and strong potential for B2B and online expansion. We are looking for a Sales Manager who is hands-on, street-smart, and results-driven. Someone who understands that sales growth comes from execution, market insight, and relationships, not just plans on paper.

This role combines offline retail sales growth, B2B partnerships, and strategic expansion insights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Offline Store Sales Growth

Increase foot traffic and sales across existing bakery outlets

Plan and execute local sales strategies, promotions, and collaborations

Work closely with store teams to improve conversion, upselling, and customer experience

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take action quickly

2. Market & Expansion Strategy

Analyze customer behavior, area potential, and market demand

Identify and recommend new locations/areas for future store openings

Provide data-backed insights on why certain locations will perform better

3. B2B Sales & Collaborations

Acquire and manage B2B clients (corporates, institutions, offices, events, gifting, hampers, etc.)

Build long-term partnerships for recurring orders

Create and pitch customized bakery solutions for B2B clients

Maintain strong relationships and ensure repeat business

4. Online Sales (Supporting Role)

Support online sales initiatives where relevant (WhatsApp orders, delivery platforms, pre-orders)

Collaborate with marketing to convert online exposure into real sales

Requirements:

-Proven experience in sales (F&B, retail, FMCG, hospitality, or similar industries preferred)

-Strong understanding of how to sell, negotiate, and close deals

-Comfortable working with targets, incentives, and performance-based income

-Able to read markets, locations, and customer behavior

-Proactive, independent, and not afraid to go to the field

-Good communication and relationship-building skills
