Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Group Sales Manager based in Bandung. The responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing and mentoring the sales team, monitoring sales performance against goals, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders. The Group Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and work to achieve revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in sales strategy development, business growth planning, and achieving sales targets
• Strong team leadership, people management, and mentoring skills to enhance team performance
• Excellent communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in market trend analysis and forecasting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Bandung and travel as needed
