Role Description

The Sales Manager will oversee the sales function of Magnum Estate International, driving client acquisition and cultivating strong relationships with potential and existing investors. This full-time, on-site position is based in Umalas, Kerobokan and involves identifying sales opportunities, managing a pipeline, meeting revenue targets, conducting market research, delivering presentations, and collaborating with marketing teams to develop strategies. The role also includes building a network of high-value clients and thoroughly understanding the company's property portfolio to ensure successful sales engagements.

Qualifications

  • Sales skills: Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, and achieving revenue targets
  • Relationship-building skills: Strong networking abilities, client relationship management, and negotiation expertise
  • Marketing and strategy: Familiarity with market research, strategic planning, and collaborating with marketing teams
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities
  • Technical proficiency: Knowledge of CRM tools, sales analytics, and basic financial principles
  • Real estate background: Knowledge of the real estate market and experience in property sales are advantageous
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred but not required
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or additional languages is a plus
  • Location: Willingness to work full-time on-site in Denpasar, Bali
