Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer, based in Denpasar. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales activities related to diving package and liveaboard products.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include interacting with customers, generating and qualifying leads, managing sales operations, and supporting sales across multiple channels. The role involves daily client communication, relationship building, coordinating reservations, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth. The Sales Officer will also collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to booking.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong customer service skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in lead generation and identifying sales opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
- Good understanding of sales operations and the ability to manage end-to-end sales processes
- Familiarity with channel sales and working collaboratively across distribution networks, including online platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in reservations, travel, hospitality, or customer service
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a strong plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail
- Comfortable using digital tools such as email, CRM systems, and spreadsheets
- Proactive, client-focused, and detail-oriented mindset
- Passion for diving, adventure travel, or eco-tourism is a big plus
- Experience working with an international client, with sensitivity to cultural differences and adaptability in communication style
