Job Description

Job Role:

The client is seeking a driven, motivated, and experience-minded Sales professional who is expert in the Property Development industry, and experienced in selling both lots and properties, especially hospitality properties, including hotels and villas. These properties are already-built and custom-built within our client's standards, specially designed and developed for the international market.

With a lean team, the Sales Manager will manage all the sales strategy and execution for our client, and focus on promoting the client's projects across Lombok and Sumbawa, while collaborating with the Marketing Team, and reporting directly to the owner. With a premium location and experience-driven portfolio, the Sales Team will be generating revenue through the acquisition of global clients to buy the lots and properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales of luxury properties, including land plots, custom-built villas, and premium real estate assets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), investors, and international buyers.
  • Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value transactions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support branding and promotional initiatives aligned with sales goals.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client engagements across Bali, Lombok, and Sumbawa.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience within the Sales functions.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven track record of closing deals, ideally in luxury property or high-value assets.
  • Having direct experience in selling luxury villas, land, or other high-end real estate.
  • Candidates with a background in luxury goods (jewelry, watches, designer fashion, etc.) will also be considered.
  • Business-level oral and written English.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills with affluent clients.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willing to be based on-site in Bali and travel frequently to Lombok and Sumbawa.
