Sales Manager Education Technology Domain
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to accelerate business growth in Indonesia. This role focuses on selling end-to-end education technology solutions, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Digital Assessment & Marking Platforms, Hardware Tablets for exams, and enterprise-grade SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solution selling and building strategic relationships across education institutions, government bodies, and corporate learning ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of digital learning platforms, assessment and marking solutions, and hardware devices to education institutes, corporate and government clients.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Clients cloud-based learning and assessment solutions.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities across universities, vocational institutes, government recruitment boards, and corporate L&D teams.
Conduct product demonstrations and articulate value propositions to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client needs.
Achieve and exceed revenue targets through consultative and solution-based selling. Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS platforms, or Government sector projects.
Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems, Digital Assessment Platforms, and hardware-based solutions.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
