Job Description
As a member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling Lilu's AI-powered software products to B2B clients, including but not limited to those in the hospitality, e-commerce, insurance, and automotive industries. You will effectively communicate the product's value and demonstrate the benefits of its adoption.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and approach B2B clients in Indonesia, with a focus on the hospitality or e-commerce industries
Conduct cold calls and messaging via, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to connect with decision-makers (general managers, sales directors, owners, operations managers)
Deliver product demonstrations and present the value of our AI solutions to decision-makers
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system and provide weekly sales reports
Actively build and manage a strong sales pipeline while continuously searching for new business opportunities
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of experience selling SaaS products to B2B clients
Relevant experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, travel tech, channel managers) or e-commerce
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Upper-intermediate level of English
An existing network in the hospitality or e-commerce sectors in Indonesia is a strong advantage
Experience selling digital platforms, automation tools, CRM, AI solutions, or cloud software is a plus
Ability to work remotely and independently with a results-oriented mindset
