Job Role / Job Overview

Directly reports to Regional General Manager.

Independent, individual contributor role, working from home.

Essential Job Functions

  • Work with both current and new customers to define business needs and requirements
  • Define business development goals so as to meet and/or exceed the sales targets
  • Be an effective contact through frequent feedback channels with all customers
  • Source, develop and establish business relationship with new customers
  • Address all technical queries and provide technical information as and when required
  • Increase company's market share by excellent service to existing clients
  • Work with various functions/parties within the organization to provide continuous product improvement, technical expertise and solutions for customers
  • Coordinate, develop and negotiate price contracts

Key Qualifications and desirable experience

  • At least Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Technical studies
  • 5 years of related Sales position experience
  • At least 2 years of proven field sales experience in industrial solution selling environment
  • Having broad networking and relationship in various industries such as automotive / EV, electronics, off-road or telecommunication.
  • Background in RFQ or costing working environment will be highly considered.
  • Ability to follow end-to-end process.
  • Good knowledge of cable assembly, connectors or power cords, PVC background are definite advantage.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • A hunter attitude in developing new business
  • Proactive and be eager to meet customer's expectation
  • Fluent in English (a must).
  • Willingness to work long hours, to travel extensively
