This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in IoT and Building Automation Systems, located in Ciputat Timur. The individual in this role will manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, develop and maintain client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, report performance metrics, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet sales targets.

• Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
• Strong knowledge of IoT, Building Automation Systems, and relevant technological solutions
• Excellent skills in Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication
• Ability to analyze Market Trends and use data-driven decision-making
• Proven experience in Meeting Sales Targets and Performance Metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in the IoT or Building Automation industry is a significant advantage
