Indonet have an exciting opportunity to recruit Sales Manager to our business.

To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Telecommunications or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Preferably in telecommunications, digital infrastructure, data centers, cloud services, or enterprise solutions.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing enterprise accounts
  • Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skill.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and enterprise clients.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance, Operations, Technical to deliver customer solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and business proposals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, and achieve set targets.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
