Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies; achieve targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team; oversee office operations.
- Monitor performance, provide guidance, and implement departmental policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years in Sales & Marketing (EPC/ Construction/ Steel industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools & Microsoft Office;
- Fluent in English.
