About the Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion: Independently develop the Indonesian market and identify new business opportunities in key industries, including Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, and Consumer Products.
2. Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and lead generation to deal closing and payment collectionensuring sales targets are achieved.
3. Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth discovery to understand customer pain points and propose tailored SaaS and cloud-based customer service solutions.
4. Negotiation & Closing: Lead commercial negotiations and ensure smooth contract execution and signing.
Requirements
1. Experience: Bachelor's degree or above; minimum 1+ year of B2B sales experience.
2. Industry Background: Experience in SaaS (Call Center / CRM / MarTech) or IT project-based sales is highly preferred.
