Job Summary:
To lead hygo's overall sales strategy and execution - driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are achieved through effective team leadership and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth targets.
- Lead, supervise, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Set sales targets, track progress, and ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Negotiate terms & conditions with retailers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to improve performance.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams for product planning and campaigns.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset and data-driven decision making.
- Experience in FMCG or food distribution is a strong advantage.
