Job Description

Job Summary:

To lead hygo's overall sales strategy and execution - driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are achieved through effective team leadership and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth targets.
  • Lead, supervise, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
  • Set sales targets, track progress, and ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Negotiate terms & conditions with retailers
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to improve performance.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams for product planning and campaigns.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience in FMCG or food distribution is a strong advantage.
  • Based in Bali
