Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Outbound Sales
- Identify and approach new brand prospects across multiple industries (FMCG, tech, lifestyle, beauty, banking, etc.).
- Create customized partnership proposals matching brand objectives with CVP creators profiles.
- Manage a structured sales pipeline and maintain regular outreach (cold calls, meetings, email pitches).
- Work closely with the Head of Business to align on brand strategy and revenue targets.
2. Talent-Centered Deal Management
- Collaborate with the Talent Managers to understand each creator's strengths, audience, and content verticals.
- Translate creator value into concrete brand opportunities.
- Coordinate internal teams (production, creative, finance) to ensure smooth project execution after deal closing.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with brand decision-makers, media agencies, and marketing teams.
- Track campaign results, gather feedback, and propose long-term collaborations.
- Represent Gushcloud Indonesia professionally in client meetings and industry events.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Build and update weekly sales pipeline reports (lead status, revenue forecast, and conversion rate).
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Share market insights and competitor trends with management and talent teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or brand partnerships (preferably from media, influencer, or advertising agencies).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer economy, and brand storytelling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English mandatory).
- Proven ability to work under pressure with clear results and measurable targets.
- Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about the creator ecosystem.
Additional Preferred Experience (Plus Points)
- Prior experience working directly with influencers, creators, or public figures - whether as a Talent Manager, Partnership Manager, or Brand Collaborations Lead - is a strong advantage.
- Candidates who have previously managed or represented talents (including artists, KOLs, or digital creators) will have a faster understanding of how to align brand needs with talent strengths.
- Familiarity with talent negotiation dynamics, rate structuring, content guidelines, and creator-brand expectation management will set you apart from traditional sales profiles.
