The Role: We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager to establish and grow our presence in Indonesia. As this role involves building the business from the ground up, we need a creative professional with a pioneering spirit and the drive to turn market potential into long-term partnerships.

Location: Pondok Indah, Jakarta Selatan

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Pioneering: Execute a market entry strategy to build the company's footprint from the ground up, transforming leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic Growth: Proactively identify and capture new business opportunities, focusing primarily on dietary supplement manufacturers followed by the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Solution Consulting: Deliver innovative and reliable ingredient solutions tailored specifically to client formulation and technical requirements.

Requirements

  • Industry Expertise: Proven 5 - 10 years of B2B sales track record within the Nutraceutical (Supplement) or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Education: A degree in Pharmacy / Apothecary (Apoteker) or other Life Sciences degree is highly preferred.
  • Professional Drive: A creative, self-motivated professional who thrives on autonomy and the challenge of building a territory from scratch.
