Customer Relationship Management and Maintenance Senior-level Connection: Connect with customer procurement, supply chain, production, and financial leaders to establish stable cooperative relationships. Demand Mining: In-depth investigation of customers production scenarios, procurement processes, material needs, and supply chain pain points. Satisfaction Management: Regular return visits, demand response, problem closure, and improvement of customer stickiness and repurchase rate.

Core Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Marketing, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering is preferred.
Experience: More than 5 years of B2B industrial product sales/key account management experience, experience in the Indonesian market is preferred.
Industry: Familiar with MRO, industrial tools, electrical equipment, PPE, spare parts, metallurgy, automotive, electronics, mining, etc.
Abilities: Strong customer development, business negotiation, solution design, cross-departmental collaboration, and data-driven capabilities.
Language: Fluent in English (for business negotiations); proficiency in Indonesian is preferred.
Qualifications: Able to work in Indonesia for a long time and adapt to overseas work.
