Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential investors for Evdekimi's property and hospitality projects.
  • Develop and present investment proposals, financial forecasts, and ROI analyses.
  • Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, venture capital firms, and strategic partners.
  • Lead negotiations and close funding or joint-venture agreements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor investments to refine strategies.
  • Report regularly to management on investor pipeline and deal progress.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in fundraising, investment sales, or capital acquisition, preferably in hospitality or property.
  • Established network of investors or funding partners.
  • Strong skills in financial analysis, pitching, and high-level negotiations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and travel for investor meetings.
  • Minimum 3 years in senior sales, business development, or investor-relations roles.
