This position focuses on customers in the education sector, creative industries, maker communities, creative advertising, and retail experiences, with the goal of driving early-stage pilot projects and device sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum education of a diploma (D3) or higher.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in sales within the education, training, creative retail, custom gifts, creative advertising, maker/DIY, or events/activities sectors.
- Preferably has networks/resources in one or more of the following areas: schools/training institutions/education channels; stationery stores/creative shops/gift shops/retail; creative advertising/mall activities/brand activations; maker spaces/DIY communities/design studios.
- Proficient in solution-based selling and scenario-based communication, with the ability to clearly articulate business value to customers.
- Experience in exhibitions, events, pop-ups, or brand collaborations is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, professional appearance, and suitable for client visits and relationship management.
- Interest in educational technology, creative tools, creative retail, and DIY experience businesses.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for selling Good-Laser products to customers in the education, training, creative industries, creative advertising, maker spaces, and retail experience sectors.
- Prioritize the development of schools, vocational education institutions, training centers, STEAM/Maker education institutions, maker spaces, creative shops, gift shops, stationery stores, creative advertising clients, as well as scenario partners such as malls, hotels, and tourist attractions.
- Able to design solutions based on customer scenarios and position the product as a teaching tool, creative tool, retail traffic driver, or interactive experience solution.
- Drive the implementation of initial pilot customers, including educational displays, in-store experiences, pop-up events, and retail trial projects.
- Responsible for customer visits, needs communication, demo arrangements, quotations, contract negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Participate in education exhibitions, creative fairs, gift exhibitions, maker fairs, mall activations, and other related events; responsible for generating and converting sales leads.
- Assist in collecting pilot case materials, including photos, videos, customer feedback, and application examples, to support future channel development and sales materials.
- Collaborate with technical, operations, and after-sales teams to support device demos, training delivery, activity execution, and customer support.
- Build an industry customer database and sustainable follow-up mechanisms, and provide weekly updates on business opportunity progress.
- Achieve sales targets, pilot development targets, and customer development targets set by the company.
