Job Description

  • Own and drive national sales performance
  • Turn underperforming centers into high-performing units
  • Execute high-impact programs like Bee a Member & Go Diamond
  • Build strong relationships with leaders, centers, and key stakeholders
  • Drive sales activation, events, and campaigns across regions
  • Ensure consistent coaching, follow-ups, and execution discipline
  • Report directly to Sales Team Leader with clear performance insights

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales / Distribution (5+ years)
  • Background in MLM, FMCG, or Direct Selling is a strong advantage
  • Strong ability to lead, push, and develop people
  • Comfortable working with targets, pressure, and fast execution
  • Willing to travel nationwide (at least 2 weeks/month)
  • Proficient in English
  • Tech savvy
