Responsibilities
About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performing Sales B2D2C Manager to drive the growth of our Clinical Pathology and Medical Check-Up (MCU) business. This role requires a hybrid strategist and executorsomeone who is comfortable analyzing market data to build a sales forecast, yet equally passionate about being in the field to meet Specialist Doctors and build networks.
We are looking for a commercial leader who understands the specific dynamics of the Diagnostics/Laboratory industry, bridging the gap between clinical needs and commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our Clinical Pathology services and MCU packages directly to Specialist Doctors, ensuring high referral conversion.
- Be the boots on the ground. Actively visit hospitals, clinics, and practice sites to maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and doctors.
- Sales Forecasting & Planning - Move beyond just visiting doctors; you will be responsible for precise sales forecasting, territory mapping, and analyzing utilization data to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor competitor activities (specifically other Labs and Clinics) and adjust tactical approaches to win market share.
Requirements
- Possess strong experience in Clinical Laboratories, Diagnostic Centers, or Hospitals.
- Note: While Pharma background is welcome, we strongly prefer candidates who have successfully sold Service/Diagnostic products (Lab Tests/MCU).
- Has an established network of Specialist Doctors and understand how to communicate clinical value effectively.
- Strong Business Acumen: You are not just a relationship builder; you are a business manager. You must be proficient in sales forecasting, creating calculations, and managing P&L for your division.
- Hands-On Mentality: You are a leader who leads by example. You are willing to go into the field, demonstrate how to close deals, and handle technical inquiries regarding lab tests.
