What You'll Do:

As a Wholesale Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of our nationwide wholesale channel in the Mom & Baby category. This role is perfect for a commercially driven leader who thrives on expansion, partnership building, and leading high-impact sales teams. Your key responsibilities:

  • Drive nationwide wholesale sales growth and expand distribution channels
  • Acquire new babyshop outlets (NOO) and strengthen existing wholesale accounts
  • Negotiate and secure long-term reseller agreements
  • Analyze sales performance and market data to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure pricing compliance across babyshops and marketplaces
  • Monitor receivables and maintain healthy account collections
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Branding teams to execute impactful promotions and loyalty programs
  • Lead, coach, and supervise Sales Executives to improve field execution and performance
  • Reports directly to VP of Sales & Marketing
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives
  • Conduct regular team reviews and present weekly sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale or retail sales
  • Preferably from Mom & Baby, FMCG, or consumer goods industry
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding distribution networks
  • Strong experience in outlet acquisition, reseller negotiations, and AR management
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Leadership experience in managing and developing a sales team
  • Willing to travel across regions in Indonesia
  • Able to communicate in English for business purposes
