Role Description
As a Sales Manager at Agent&Co (PT Global Alih Daya), you will be responsible for leading sales strategies to drive business growth, particularly in the BPO and Digital Solutions sector. This role focuses on building new business pipelines, managing sales performance, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved through strategic planning and strong client engagement.
You will play a key role in managing key accounts, overseeing tender and negotiation processes, and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand new business pipelines, especially within BPO and Digital Solutions
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and target achievement
- Oversee tender processes, proposals, negotiations, and contract closures
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align business strategies and solution offerings
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and market analysis for management review
- Identify new market opportunities and monitor industry trends and competitors
- Ensure all sales activities are executed in line with company targets, timelines, and performance standards
- Conduct business travel as required to support client engagement and market expansion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major (preferred in Management, Marketing, or Business)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Prior experience in Outsourcing, BPO, or Enterprise Digital Solutions is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and business communication skills
- Solid understanding of tender and procurement processes, particularly in B2B, government, or large corporate environments
- Target-driven, resilient, and able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to travel out of town when required
