Present Jubelio's shipment and logistics solutions to potential sellers, merchants, and partners to drive shipment volume adoption
Acquire new sellers with consistent shipping needs and maintain strong, long-term relationships
Negotiate pricing, service, and contract related to company shipping services
Drive shipment volume growth and maximize profitability across Jubelio's logistics and fulfillment solutions
Identify new business opportunities from market expansion, new projects, and competitor activity
Ensure both individual and team acquisition targets are achieved in line with company objectives
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Shipment Operations, Finance, etc) to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of sellers
Requirements
Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Acquisition, or related roles (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and relevant internship experience are welcome to apply)
Previous experience in logistics, shipment, SaaS, e-commerce, or marketplace environments is highly preferred
Strong understanding of seller acquisition, volume-based sales, or B2B partnership models
Possess an existing personal network or database of merchants/sellers with shipping needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-volume acquisition environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate shipment potential and business impact
